ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The dawn of the quantum era marks a profound transformation in management driven by the convergence of Agentic Artificial Intelligence, quantum applications and sustainable innovation. The International Conference on ‘Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Innovation: Next Gen Management in the Quantum Era (AIM-Q 2025)’ explores how these forces are redefining leadership, decision-making and organizational resilience amid pressing socio-economic and environmental challenges. The conference is designed for a diverse audience of executives, researchers, educators, policymakers, entrepreneurs, developers and students.
As organizations navigate digital acceleration, climate responsibility and evolving workforce dynamics, this conference drives Business Transformation 5.0: a paradigm that is intelligent, regenerative inclusive and resilient. Forward-looking organizations are turning the paradox of AI and quantum adoption into an opportunity for progress, where innovation goes hand in hand with ethical and environmental responsibility. They build sustainable value, strengthen human–machine collaboration and shape future-ready enterprises through responsible adoption. The future of work is undergoing a profound shift. As automation and intelligent systems become more embedded in daily operations, the demand for new skills-especially those related to AI, sustainability and digital ethics-is surging. Enterprises must invest in reskilling and up-skilling their workforce to remain competitive and inclusive. This calls for a reimagining of education, leadership and organizational culture to foster human–machine synergy and emotional intelligence in the workplace.

AIM-Q 2025 provides a collaborative platform to co-develop ethical and sustainable solutions in areas such as climate change, food security, healthcare and digital governance. Its central aim is to shape next-generation management models that emphasize agility, foresight and responsibility through the synergy of Agentic AI and quantum technologies.

The argument in favor of using filler text goes something like this: If you use real content in the Consulting Process, anytime you reach a review point you’ll end up reviewing and negotiating the content itself and not the design.
