Abstract Submission
- Abstracts, extended abstracts and full papers must follow specific guidelines, emphasizing originality, structure, format and submission via Google form or through email to
- The abstract should be between 150 and 250 words using Times New Roman font size 12, with regular formatting and single line spacing.
- The abstract must indicate the paper’s title, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and contact details. It should cover the purpose of the study, research methodology, results, implications and five key words.
- Authors must mention the track in which the paper is to be included.

- Submitted abstracts will undergo blind review by expert reviewers, with notifications of acceptance to be sent by 30 November 2025.
Manuscript Submission
- The full paper manuscript should include sections such as abstract with key words, introduction, methodology, results, implications, findings and conclusion, in a logically structured manner to present your research effectively.
- Research papers should range from 3000 to 5000 words and adhere to APA formatting guidelines using Times New Roman font, size 12, with regular formatting and single line spacing.
- All pages of the manuscript (including Tables and Figures) should be numbered.
- Manuscripts should be submitted by the given deadlines with “Submission: AIM-Q2025” in the subject line.
- Authors should clearly specify the track for which they are submitting the paper.
- At least one author must register for the conference by 30 November 2025 for the paper to be included in the final conference schedule and proceedings.
- The final submission of the extended abstract should strictly follow the author guidelines provided on the conference website.
- All submissions must be original work not published or accepted elsewhere, and not under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere.
